WyseTMS is a transportation management system for owner-operators and asset-based trucking fleets. It brings live dispatch, load management, driver settlements, factoring, fleet maintenance, safety and compliance records, routing, reporting, and accounting exports into one platform. Drivers receive native iOS and Android apps for assigned trips, navigation, BOL/POD capture, receipts, GPS tracking, and settlement statements. Its scope suits growing fleets that want dispatch and back-office operations in the same system rather than a narrow dispatch tool.
The plan structure expands from core operations to financial, fleet, and enterprise controls. Starter includes a live dispatch board, multi-stop trips, automated settlements, GPS tracking, ETAs, document storage, core reports, and free onboarding and data migration. Growth adds factoring and funding tracking, exports to QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero, safety and compliance alerts, maintenance, MPG analytics, and more than 70 reports, including Master P&L and IFTA. Enterprise adds multi-division operations isolated by authority, role-based access, complete audit trails, broker intelligence, AI Smart Search, custom integrations, dedicated onboarding, and priority support.
