It combines structured articles with templates, categories, tags, automatic linking, interactive maps, timelines, calendars, family trees, diplomacy webs, media management, and campaign tools. Teams can create private or public worlds, collaborate through Writer, Advanced Writer, Editor, and Co-Owner roles, and share selected content with players, readers, patrons, or subscribers. Its focus suits projects where lore, setting details, and campaign material need to remain connected.
The feature depth is its clearest strength. Articles can link to map markers, while campaigns can include character sheets and statblocks. Users can also manage images, galleries, folders, and embedded media, then export a world or connect through API access. Novel-writing manuscripts sit alongside worldbuilding content, extending the workspace beyond game documentation.
