Worky is a cloud HR and payroll platform for Mexican organizations, with coverage spanning employee records, organizational charts, approvals, electronic signatures, attendance, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee self-service. It is aimed at mid-market and enterprise teams that want HR administration and Mexico-specific payroll operations in one system, with web access, Android support, and API connectivity.
Core HR starts at MXN 30 per user per month with monthly billing and includes an employee directory, digital employee records, organizational charts, simple signatures, incidents and requests, and cash reports. An annual billing option is available with 15% off. Payroll Service adds payroll processing and calculation, incident control, receipt stamping and delivery, ISN calculation, severance calculations, and bank-distribution layouts. Pro adds IMSS calculation, IDSE management, SUA operation, INFONAVIT and INFONACOT validation, and ISR and PTU determination. Pro Max adds STP payment distribution, ICSOE-SISUB declarations, labor-document management, and obligations advisory. The platform requires at least 30 collaborators.
Worky's breadth is a fit for organizations that need more than a personnel database: its feature set also includes vacation and absence approvals, time tracking, shifts, digital clock-in, analytics, an AI assistant, and employee onboarding. Integrations include SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, IDSE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and STPS, while support is available through tickets, documentation, email, and phone. ISO 27001 and two-factor authentication provide stated security signals. Choose Worky when Mexican payroll compliance and broad HR coverage matter; smaller teams below the 30-collaborator minimum or organizations requiring iOS mobile coverage should look elsewhere.
