Workplacify is a desk scheduling and workplace management platform for organizations operating hybrid offices. It supports desk reservations, meeting-room and other bookable-resource reservations, multiple offices and floors, floor-plan creation, booking-window controls, and workplace utilization analytics. Its open-source Community Edition is available for free with self-hosting, while hosted paid plans provide a managed option. Workplacify is suited to teams that want control over deployment and workplace structure rather than a desk calendar alone.

The published plans show a straightforward monthly structure. Starter costs $10 per 10 users per month and includes up to 10 offices, 50 floors, and 200 colleagues, plus desk scheduling and invitation templates. The Large companies plan costs $5 per 10 users per month and is for more than 200 employees, with unlimited offices, floors, and colleagues. Both paid plans include desk scheduling; basic workplace analytics are marked as coming soon on Starter, while advanced workplace analytics are marked as coming soon for Large companies. Enterprise adds unlimited offices and floors, single sign-on, self-hosting support, and Workplacify-created floor plans. Custom SSO providers are marked as coming soon.

Deployment flexibility is the clearest differentiator. Teams can choose the web-based hosted product or self-host the open-source Community Edition, with Enterprise explicitly including self-hosting support. The listed ecosystem connections are Slack, Google OAuth, and Microsoft Entra OAuth; the product description also identifies Slack integration and monthly email reports for larger-company plans. That combination fits organizations managing several offices or floors and wanting ownership of their workplace setup. Teams seeking a broader integration ecosystem, or analytics that are available immediately rather than marked as coming soon, should compare alternatives before choosing Workplacify.
