WorkCafe is workplace management software for hybrid teams, office operators and property managers. It combines desk booking, meeting-room booking, flexible coworking reservations, visitor workflows, interactive floor plans, analytics, budgets, approvals, amenity booking and service requests. Its tenant-facing building app also supports visitor management and building communications, making it broader than a desk-only scheduler. Android mobile access and web availability suit organizations standardizing on Android for workplace resources.

Pricing is split by use case. WorkCafe for Teams provides access to 3,000+ workspaces worldwide, utilization-based pricing, budget controls and workspace usage reporting. HQ Platform costs $5 per resource and adds live floor plans, desk and conference-room booking, plus IT, HR and calendar connections. Visitor Management costs $399 per location monthly and includes guest pre-registration, digital invitations, check-in notifications, visitor badges and compliance logs. WorkCafe for Buildings uses pricing tailored to the property portfolio, with workspace access, utilization pricing, budget controls and usage reporting. There is no free plan, so it is better suited to organizations with a defined workplace program than to casual or very small teams.

The integration footprint is a major strength: WorkCafe connects with calendars, HR systems, access control, chat tools, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Yardi Voyager, while SSO is supported. The trade-off is platform scope and attendance control. Android is the listed mobile platform, and employee desk check-in is not supported, which makes WorkCafe less suitable for organizations that need device-neutral mobile access or strict desk-attendance enforcement. Choose it for a connected workplace program spanning booking, visitors, facilities and property operations; choose an alternative if those two constraints are central.
