Our verdict on Wonderful

Wonderful is a web-based creative workflow and project management platform for performance marketing teams, ecommerce brands, agencies, and freelancers. It brings structured briefs, task and project management, digital asset management, marketing calendars, review and approval workflows, external collaboration, AI-assisted creative work, and Meta Ads publishing into one workspace. Kanban, list, dashboard, and calendar views support different planning styles, while scoped permissions and secure links help teams work with outside collaborators. It is especially suited to creative teams that want a broad collaboration workspace without paying for the entry-level plan.

The pricing structure makes the free tier the clearest starting point. Free includes unlimited workspaces and teams, 50 GB of storage per team, one Feed per team, one Inspo Board per team, and 50 ads launched. Reviewers and guests are free. The In-house plan costs $500 per month and includes five users, 1 TB of storage, unlimited feeds and Inspo Boards, unlimited ads, Slack channel support, and unlimited templates and documents. Agency costs $1,000 per month and adds 20 users, 2 TB of storage, a dedicated success manager, white-labeled client portals, multi-organization management, and advanced permissions. Custom pricing includes unlimited workspaces and dedicated support.

Its ecosystem is focused on marketing production rather than general-purpose project management. Integrations with Meta Ads, Shopify, Figma, Frame.io, Google Drive, and Slack connect creative work with advertising, ecommerce, design, review, storage, and communication workflows. AI features cover brief writing, copy generation, and creative research, while asset version control, usage rights, timestamped comments, and approval routing add depth for campaign production. Choose Wonderful for free creative collaboration and structured marketing workflows; consider an alternative if you need a non-web platform, lower-cost paid plans, or a product outside an open beta.
