WITNESS is predictive simulation software for analysts and decision-makers modeling business processes, facilities and operations. Its focus is exploring what-if scenarios and assessing possible effects on production, service processes, resource planning and facility design before real-world changes. Discrete-event modeling sits alongside continuous process modeling, making it relevant to teams whose operations involve both event-driven flows and continuous processes.
