A broad membership platform for small associations that need one operational hub.

WildApricot is cloud-based membership management software for small and medium-sized nonprofits, associations, clubs and other member-based organizations. It brings together a membership and contact database, drag-and-drop website builder, member-only pages, recurring payments, renewals, event registration, email communications, an online store and a membership directory. Organizations can also provide separate mobile apps for members and administrators, while browser access supports the core service. It is a fit for teams that want membership operations and public-facing web content in one platform.
The published plans show a starting price of $66 USD per month, billed monthly, for the 100 Contacts plan, which supports up to 100 contacts. WildApricot offers a 60-day trial rather than a permanent free plan. Its subscription has no WildApricot per-transaction fee, although payment providers may charge their own fees. Supported payment connections include Personify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net and 8am AffiniPay. The pricing structure is therefore straightforward at the entry tier, but organizations should match their contact volume and payment setup to the appropriate tier and provider costs.
Its strongest differentiator is breadth for member-based organizations: page-level content gating, automated renewals, recurring billing, event payments, email templates with automation and scheduling, digital and physical product sales, directories, APIs and webhooks cover more than a basic membership website. Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar integrations support event coordination. Small associations that need these connected functions should consider WildApricot; organizations needing only a simple gated site, or operating above the entry tier's 100-contact capacity, may prefer a more narrowly focused or differently scaled alternative.
