Whizible is a cloud professional services automation and project portfolio management platform for small and large project-based organizations. It brings project planning, resource forecasting, scheduling, timesheets, expenses, billing, invoicing, cost tracking, profitability reporting and revenue reporting into one system. The vendor positions it for IT services, engineering, BFSI, fintech and global capability centers. Teams that need project delivery and financial governance in the same workflow are the clearest fit, particularly when resource allocation and project margins matter alongside task execution.

Pricing is contact-sales rather than a published tier structure, so buyers should expect a sales-led evaluation before comparing total cost with alternatives. The platform is web-based and can operate standalone or alongside Microsoft Teams, HRMS, CRM, ERP and accounting software. Microsoft Teams receives the most specific workflow emphasis: users can handle approvals, updates and chatbot actions there. The broader system connections support an organization’s existing operational and financial environment, although the available integration description is higher level for HRMS, CRM, ERP and accounting systems.

Whizible’s breadth is its defining strength. Project lifecycle management, resource forecasting, time and expense capture, invoicing, budgets, profitability, risks, issues, helpdesk workflows and custom reporting address more of the project operating model than a narrow scheduling tool. AI features are also included. That scope makes it suitable for organizations seeking a central PSA system rather than a standalone project tracker. It is less suitable for buyers who require transparent self-serve pricing, native app access beyond the web, or a dedicated client portal. Those teams should compare narrower project-management products or platforms with more explicit client-facing capabilities.
