WhizCV is a web-based CV builder for job seekers who want to create a document from a template or turn an existing CV into editable sections. It imports PDF, DOCX and image files, then provides AI drafting and rewriting, including wording tailored to a pasted job advert with edits shown for review. A reusable career profile, cover-letter drafting, application tracking and interview-question practice extend it beyond document creation. Its focus suits individual applicants and small teams who want to manage the CV and application process in one place.
The import, tailoring and export flow is the product’s defining strength. Users can arrange sections in the editor and customize layouts, while templates are designed to export selectable, machine-readable text. CVs can be downloaded as PDF, DOCX or plain text. The service also supports public document sharing with pinned feedback. LinkedIn import is indirect: the vendor says users can upload a LinkedIn profile downloaded as a PDF. Applicants who need direct profile synchronization or a non-web workflow should look elsewhere.
