WEDO brings agenda preparation, meeting records and follow-up work into a shared workspace for teams, boards and executive groups. Participants can prepare agendas with sections, topics, presenters and materials, take minutes together, record decisions, collect votes and assign tasks from agenda topics. Its recurring-meeting tools carry topics and follow-up tasks forward, making it suited to groups that need a continuing record rather than a one-off meeting note. The service is cloud-based and available on web, with an API also listed.

The workflow extends beyond note-taking: teams can reuse earlier agendas, review and lock minutes, request electronic signatures on reports, and search across minutes, tasks, decisions and files. File sharing and integrations with Microsoft Teams, Outlook Calendar, Entra ID and SharePoint, as well as Dropbox, kDrive and Google Drive, support organizations working across those services. These features make WEDO a fit when meeting preparation, decisions and action tracking need to stay connected; teams looking only for a lightweight calendar or basic notes tool may find its broader meeting-record workflow unnecessary.

WEDO is paid, with a 14-day trial that does not require a credit card and no free plan. According to the vendor's pricing page, Pro is CHF 21 per user per month and includes unlimited meetings, tasks and checklists, project management, file sharing and custom fields. Enterprise is CHF 28 per user per month and adds Active Directory integration with ADFS, SAML 2.0 single sign-on, SCIM provisioning and deprovisioning, enforced two-factor authentication, Bring Your Own Key and audit logs. The product lists SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR, alongside SSO and two-factor authentication. Teams that need structured recurring records and follow-through should consider it; those seeking a free option or non-cloud deployment should look elsewhere.
