WebAdMIT is a higher-education admissions management platform for institutions participating in Liaison Centralized Application Services. It brings applicant data, application review, communications, documents, statuses, decisions, reports, and integrations into one system. Admissions teams can search and filter applications, track progress, assign reviewers and committees, collect comments and scores, and manage applicant and team documents. Applicant communications include email templates, automated notifications, and correspondence tracking. For participating programs, the published plan structure also includes a free WebAdMIT option.
The core WebAdMIT plan covers applicant management, application review workflows, applicant communications, and reporting and integrations. Its WebAdMIT API supports integration with institutional student information systems and enterprise resource planning systems, while the broader ecosystem includes Liaison Centralized Application Services and application portals. Applicant Gateway can extend post-submission activity with supplemental applications, payments, document uploads, interviews, and offer acceptance, although that functionality is available only for select CASs. This makes WebAdMIT a fit for institutions that need admissions operations connected to existing systems rather than a standalone application tracker.
WebAdMIT Holistic adds association-developed review rubrics, institution-specific rubric weighting, and structured reviewer scoring.
