VWO Insights is a behavior analytics product for teams examining website and mobile-app experiences. It combines click, scroll, hover, zonal, attention, and friction heatmaps with session recordings, replay controls, funnels, form analytics, segmentation, custom attributes, and behavioral filters. Teams can investigate rage clicks, device and location patterns, drop-offs, usability problems, and conversion barriers. The product supports web experiences and native or hybrid mobile applications through SDK-based capture, including mobile crash, freeze, and rage-tap analysis. It is aimed at optimization, product, UX, and marketing teams that need both visual interaction analysis and replay-based investigation.

Pricing is contact sales, with a 30-day free trial. Growth includes heatmaps, session recordings, form analytics, enhanced reporting, and one month of data retention. Pro includes Growth, then adds scrollmaps and zonalmaps, advanced reporting, and two months of data retention. Enterprise includes Pro, all reporting options, SSO, API access, and three months of data retention. The published plans use monthly tracked users rather than a published monthly session limit. VWO also lists AI features, alongside sharing, downloads, and observations for heatmaps and recordings.

VWO Insights covers a wide range of analysis types, but its buying process offers less immediate price clarity than a self-serve product. Retention is limited by tier, with the maximum listed period being three months, and important organization and integration capabilities—SSO and API access—are reserved for Enterprise. Teams that need a broad combination of website and mobile analysis may find the feature coverage appropriate. Teams that prioritize transparent pricing, longer retained history, or SSO and API access without the Enterprise tier should compare alternatives before choosing.
