Clients can review through shared links without creating accounts, while workspace members and project collaborators manage feedback across projects. Its strongest fit is for teams that need a documented approval process without editing software attached.
The free plan is permanent, not a trial: 10 GB of storage, the full review and approval loop, and unlimited team members and client reviewers, with no credit card required. The Starter plan costs $50 per workspace per month for 1 TB, while Studio costs $89 for 2 TB, Agency costs $199 for 5 TB, and Scale costs $379 for 10 TB.
