VizPass review
A priced gate-management system spanning visitor, contractor, material and staff workflows.

VizPass manages gate activity for workplaces such as factories, warehouses, and offices. It is aimed at organizations that need to record more than visitor arrivals: the register also covers contractor and labour entry, material movement, staff out-passes, and courier handovers. Hosts can pre-register visitors, while walk-ins can be logged with photo and identity-document details. Approval flows and numbered passes connect reception processes with gate records.
Its workflow breadth is the main distinction. Passes can be issued with QR codes or printed, and material and staff out-passes can include approval and return tracking. Check-ins and check-outs feed a live on-site count, while emergency roll-call and register exports support oversight and recordkeeping. Host approvals can arrive by WhatsApp or email; Google Calendar and Outlook are supported through .ics files. Biometric readers from eSSL and ZKTeco are also listed, alongside messaging integrations including Twilio and Interakt.
According to the published plans, Basic starts at INR 4,999 per company per month, with an annual-billing monthly equivalent of INR 4,582. Front Desk is INR 9,999 monthly or INR 9,166 on annual billing, and Gate Control is INR 14,999 monthly or INR 13,749 on annual billing. The Enterprise tier is priced by discussion, and a seven-day trial is available. Mobile access is browser-based on phones and tablets rather than through a vendor-provided native app. VizPass suits organizations seeking priced, broad gate control; teams requiring a native iOS app or a free plan should consider alternatives.
