Vizitor is a visitor management and workplace operations platform for offices, schools, hospitals, manufacturing sites, coworking spaces and other facilities. It supports pre-registration, branded QR invitations, self-service kiosk check-in on iPad and Android tablets, visitor photos, identity verification, badge issuance, host notifications, document signing, screening and searchable visitor logs. It also includes live visitor rosters and evacuation alerts, with web and mobile interfaces for hosts and administrators. Small teams can start with the free plan, while larger facilities can move into paid tiers as their visitor workflows become more structured.

Pricing is organized around a free plan and three paid tiers. The Free Plan costs $0 per month when billed monthly and includes self-service check-in, QR e-passes for pre-registered visitors, email host notifications and a basic visitor log. According to the vendor's pricing page, Starter costs $36 per location per month when billed annually and adds 300 check-ins per month, badge printing, digital NDA and document signing, visitor photos and OTP verification. Premium costs $72 per location per month when billed annually and adds watchlist and blocklist screening, multi-location management, advanced analytics and reports, and custom branding per location. Enterprise adds multi-site management, single sign-on, advanced compliance tools and dedicated support.

Platform coverage is a practical strength for teams with mixed devices or communication preferences. Host notifications can be sent through email, SMS, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp and push, while integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat and WhatsApp. Visitor records can be searched and exported, and administrators can monitor occupancy during emergencies. Vizitor suits small teams that need a free starting point and a path to badges, verification or screening. Teams requiring multi-location controls, advanced compliance tools or single sign-on should consider Premium or Enterprise rather than the Free Plan.
