VisionFlow is a modular business platform from Visionera AB for organizations managing projects alongside cases, customer work, service processes, documents, and resources. Its project tools cover tasks, deadlines, planning, customized views, calendars, reporting, permissions, templates, communication, and resource, time, and cost tracking. Teams can also create tickets by email, maintain a knowledge base, and use automatic tasks, responses, and reminders. It fits small and large organizations that need project management connected to operational or customer-facing workflows rather than a standalone task list.
Pricing is structured around paid monthly plans. Small costs €32.90 per user per month and includes the Base module, case management, document management, and project management. Medium costs €52.90 and adds CRM, while Premium costs €73.90 and adds Business chat. Pick & Choose starts at €32.90 per user per month and allows individual modules, including project management. Separate AI plans add case and communication summaries, automatic categorization, labels, related items, and response recommendations with AI Standard at €7.90 per user per month.
