Viewteam is a cloud-based workplace management platform for hybrid organisations that need to coordinate desks, meeting rooms, parking spaces and other workplace resources. Employees can make bookings through a web browser or Microsoft Teams, while administrators manage spaces, floor plans, users, permissions, activity logs and reporting. Its scope suits Microsoft-based teams that want one system for everyday workplace reservations across multiple locations.

The published plans show a paid Essentials tier and an Enterprise tier, plus a 30-day trial that does not require a credit card to start. Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT, with a listed starting price of 1.50. Essentials covers desk, room and parking booking; unlimited users, spaces, locations and floor plans; Microsoft Teams integration; utilisation analytics; and Microsoft SSO.
