It brings matter management, configurable practice areas, matter templates, client intake, billing, invoicing, trust accounting, document management, e-signatures, communications, scheduling, deadline tracking, reporting, and a client portal into one web-based platform. Its strongest fit is for firms that place particular value on IOLTA controls, organized matter files, client-facing document exchange, and intake processes that include conflict checking.
The product’s document and trust workflows give it a focused operational profile. Matter-based document management includes OCR, classification, version control, and full-text search, while AI features support document OCR, intake triage, and deadline extraction. IOLTA accounting includes three-way monthly reconciliation, and the rules-based deadline calculation with a review queue adds a structured layer for managing critical dates. Built-in e-signatures and engagement-letter templates extend the workflow from intake through client authorization.
