UpGlide Total Talent VMS is a cloud-based workforce management platform for direct employers, staffing agencies, and managed service providers. It brings contingent workforce activities into one system, covering job-order creation, candidate assessment and onboarding, vendor management, SOWs and project milestones, time and expenses, invoicing, compliance documents, contracts, and workforce analytics. Its scope suits organizations managing several workforce relationships rather than teams seeking a narrowly focused staffing tool.

The published packaging is tiered. Essentials includes unlimited job orders, candidate assessment and onboarding, vendor management, employee timecard and expense management, standard reports, and up to three active vendors. Advanced adds automated job-order release configuration, vendor bill-rate negotiation, vendor performance scorecards, timesheet rules management, vendor compliance reporting, and simple logo white labeling. Enterprise/MSP adds multi-project management, spend visibility, contract-work tracking, customizable analytics and reports, REST APIs, ATS and ERP integrations, and SSO with Azure AD, Okta, and Cognito. The pricing model is contact sales, with no free plan.

Integration breadth is a central reason to consider the platform at higher tiers. UpGlide lists connections for ATS, ERP, SAP/ERP, procurement, payroll, financial, timekeeping, HRIS, and access management systems, alongside its REST APIs and web delivery. Enterprise/MSP also supports multi-client operations and configurable workflows. The trade-off is packaging: teams needing advanced integrations, custom analytics, or SSO must choose the Enterprise/MSP tier, while Essentials is limited to three active vendors. UpGlide fits organizations seeking structured supplier, contract, spend, and workforce controls; teams looking for a free plan should choose another option.
