UChat is a no-code chatbot-building platform for businesses, agencies, and teams that need automated conversations across multiple channels. Its visual drag-and-drop flow builder supports chatbots, AI agents, broadcasts, marketing automation, ecommerce workflows, CRM and ticket boards, analytics, and live-chat transfer to human agents. Bots can be deployed through web chat and channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Voice, WeChat, Line, Viber, Slack, and VK. Mobile access is available through iOS and Android apps.

The published plans give smaller teams a way to start without an upfront commitment. The Free plan includes one bot, 200 bot users, and free-forever access without a credit card. A 14-day full-feature trial is also available. The Pro plan includes one bot, 1,000 bot users, five members, unlimited automations, unlimited conversations, and access to all PRO features. Agencies and teams that need branded client deployments can choose the Partner Plan, which adds full white labeling, a custom domain and brand, custom pricing and plans, and priority and live chat support.
