UCare Check-In is a church-management check-in module for children’s ministries. It supports assisted, self-service, and roster-based check-in and checkout from phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Ministries can use RFID and barcode key tags, print nametags and security labels, record medical, allergy, contact, and guardian information, and send parent or guardian SMS messages. Attendance, absent, medical, birthday, and new-person reports are available, with CSV and PDF downloads. Multi-site administration makes the product a fit for ministries operating across several campuses.

Pricing is structured across three monthly AUD plans. Essentials costs AUD 71 per month and includes people and households, check-in and child safety, groups and attendance, and email support. Growth costs AUD 179 per month, adds event registrations, giving and finances, stores, and up to 5 campuses, while including all Essentials features. Lighthouse costs AUD 269 per month and adds analytics, Graph API access, and unlimited campuses. A 21-day free trial is available, but there is no permanent free plan. Annual billing saves 10%.

UCare’s broader church-management scope may suit ministries that want check-in connected with people records, groups, forms, event bookings, giving, scheduling, and multi-site administration. Its platform coverage includes web, iOS, Android, and API access, with integrations for Microsoft Power BI, Stripe, and PayPal. The product is less compelling for a small ministry that needs only basic attendance and child check-in, particularly if the AUD 71 monthly entry price is difficult to justify. Larger or multi-campus ministries should consider Growth or Lighthouse when registrations, financial tools, analytics, API access, or unlimited campuses are central requirements.
