uAttend is a cloud-based time and attendance system for small and mid-sized businesses that need more than one way to record employee hours. Employees can punch through web, mobile, touch-tone phone, fingerprint, RFID, facial-recognition, PIN, and voice-control methods. Administrators can manage schedules, time-off requests, PTO accruals, geofencing, overtime alerts, time-card approvals, reporting, and payroll exports across web, iOS, and Android. The service can support physical time clocks or a cloud-only approach.

Pricing is organized by employee count. The cloud subscription costs $29 per month for 1–9 employees, $49 for 10–19, $89 for 20–49, $145 for 50–99, and $195 for 100+ employees. Optional integrated payroll is priced separately at $5 per employee per month with Payroll Core, which includes 72-hour direct deposit, or $8 per employee per month with Payroll Express, which includes next-day direct deposit. This structure suits organizations that want attendance tools first and payroll as an additional service, but the lack of a free plan makes uAttend a paid commitment from the outset.

Its strongest fit is a workplace with varied attendance patterns, physical locations, mobile staff, or a preference for dedicated clock hardware. Geofencing, punch rules, approvals, and overtime alerts add controls around mobile and schedule-based time capture, while payroll exports and support for 200+ payroll providers help connect attendance records to existing processes. QuickBooks Desktop integration is also listed. Teams seeking a simple, low-cost clock-in tool may find the starting subscription and optional payroll costs harder to justify; uAttend is better suited to buyers who will use its broad capture methods and attendance-management features.
