Twif, also titled “To-do What I Fear,” is a journaling and personal-development app for people who want structured reflection around fears. Its core experience combines fear identification, curated strategies for addressing cognitive fallacies, positive affirmations, motivational streaks, progress analysis, and a journal area. It is designed for Apple users, with support for iOS and macOS, and can operate offline except for purchases and iCloud synchronization.
