Truescope is a cloud-based media intelligence platform for communications, public relations, government, and marketing teams. It combines social media and mainstream media monitoring with Boolean queries, filters by platform, geography, and language, sentiment analysis, dashboards, spike alerts, reports, newsletters, and AI-assisted analysis. Coverage includes Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, online news, broadcast, and print. The platform fits teams tracking brands, campaigns, competitors, reputation, or crises through web and API access.

Its strongest area is the depth of media analysis. Truescope can evaluate sentiment at article, entity, and sentence level, while social engagement and audience metrics add context to coverage. Custom dashboards support unlimited charts in Campaign and Essentials, and the platform can produce branded automated reports and newsletters. AI summaries and source-cited analysis are available through Truescope Assistant and Analyst. Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations also provide alert channels alongside email, helping teams route unusual coverage changes into existing workflows.

The plan structure scales from Campaign, with up to five users, to Essentials, Corporate, and Enterprise, which add unlimited users, broader tracking, full account management, unlimited media volume, or a dedicated team depending on tier. Broadcast and print are add-ons in Campaign and Essentials but included in Corporate and Enterprise. Truescope Assistant and Analyst AI are included across plans, while Pro and Max increase usage and report sections; Max adds Automated Analyst in Reports. Teams wanting broad media coverage, detailed sentiment, and AI-supported reporting should consider Truescope. It is less suited to buyers seeking self-serve public pricing or a narrow social-only monitoring tool.
