The platform combines automated bookkeeping features with approval-led close processes, making it a fit for Indian ecommerce businesses that want their CA involved in final review rather than handling every accounting task manually.

Its standout capability is order-level marketplace settlement reconciliation. TrueEntry reconciles marketplace fees, returns, TCS and other adjustments, while supporting Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and Meesho. It also connects with Tally, GSTN, Zoho Books, HDFC, ICICI, Razorpay, Cashfree and Stripe. For tax operations, the product matches purchase invoices against GSTR-2B and continuously prepares GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
