TrueDEM is panagenda’s cloud-based digital experience monitoring platform for IT teams managing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. It combines endpoint device performance, Microsoft 365 service and application monitoring, Teams call and meeting analytics, network-path tracing, and site-level synthetic testing. Support covers web, Windows, and macOS, with Windows 10+, macOS, and VDI listed for endpoint environments. The platform is aimed at organizations that need to understand whether user experience issues originate with Microsoft services, devices, local networks, VPNs, ISPs, or connectivity paths.

The published plans divide the product into three focused editions. TrueDEM M365 includes Microsoft 365 user experience monitoring, organization-wide outage and issue insights, exportable reporting, configurable notifications and alerts, up to 30 days of default data retention, and premium support. TrueDEM Advanced adds real-time Teams call and meeting monitoring, device and operating-system analytics, home Wi-Fi and ISP monitoring, individual and organization-wide pattern analysis, and up to six months of extended data retention. TrueDEM Site Monitor adds 24/7 synthetic transaction monitoring, Microsoft 365 workload availability verification, site-based network monitoring, connectivity path analysis, and proactive alerts for service degradation and regional outages. Pricing is handled through contact with sales rather than published plan rates.

TrueDEM’s strongest distinction is the breadth of Microsoft-focused telemetry in one monitoring scope. Teams quality, endpoint health, Microsoft 365 responsiveness, outage impact by user or location, latency, packet loss, jitter, VPN performance, and synthetic workload checks all fit the same operational view. That makes it a strong choice for IT teams centered on Microsoft 365 service quality and distributed connectivity. Organizations looking for broad third-party integrations or built-in remediation workflows should choose a product whose listed capabilities explicitly cover those needs.
