TrueConnect+ is a church operations platform for churches managing services, events, registration, payments, attendee check-in, children’s ministry, giving, communications, and member records. Its event management tools support in-person, virtual, and hybrid ticket types, with custom registration forms, capacity controls, waitlists, payment tracking, walk-in registration, and check-in by name or phone. The broad scope makes it most relevant to large churches running hybrid events and seeking event management alongside wider church operations.
The published plans show a free Member plan with a Bible reader, reading plans, a prayer community, a Discover directory, and giving history. The paid Platform plan costs $379 per month and adds unlimited staff seats, a calendar, events, ticketed registration, hybrid event support, forms and submissions, payment tracking, and check-in. Event workflows also include promo codes, early-bird pricing, email reminders, public event pages, and revenue reporting integrated with the Donations dashboard. New annual organization subscriptions have a 14-day refund guarantee, while monthly subscriptions have no partial-month refunds.
Its ecosystem includes Stripe, QuickBooks Online, and Planning Center, giving churches connection points for payments, accounting, and church planning. TrueConnect+ is delivered as a Progressive Web App, so it does not require an App Store or Google Play installation. Choose it when hybrid registration and check-in need to sit within a wider church operations system. Churches seeking only basic event registration, or those unable to justify the monthly Platform price, should look for a narrower option.
