TradesInvo is a web-based software-as-a-service platform for UK trades and local service businesses. It brings lead capture, customer records, quotes, jobs, technician scheduling, invoices, payment tracking, review requests, reporting, workflow automation and AI-assisted administration into one workspace. The feature set is suited to owner-operators and growing trade teams that want customer, property and job information connected to their invoicing process. It is less suitable for businesses seeking a mobile app or a narrower invoicing-only tool.

Pricing is monthly and shown in GBP excluding VAT. Solo costs £39 per month and includes lead capture, customer records, quotes, jobs and invoices with UK VAT, payment tracking, reminders, review requests and 100 AI credits per month. Growth costs £149 per month and adds a team calendar, technician scheduling, automations, a website lead inbox, advanced reports and 500 AI credits. Crew costs £249 per month and adds custom quote and invoice templates, advanced roles and permissions, multi-location and team support, API access and 1,500 AI credits. Enterprise adds SSO, multi-organisation reporting, tailored AI credit pools, dedicated onboarding and an SLA, with no price shown here. A 14-day trial is available without a payment card.

The main strength is breadth: TradesInvo covers the workflow from lead capture through job delivery, invoicing, payment reminders and reporting. Integrations include Stripe, GoCardless, Twilio, Meta WhatsApp, Supabase, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, PostHog and Google Analytics, supporting payment, messaging, hosting, analytics and AI connections. The trade-off is focus and platform scope. The product is limited to UK trades, runs on the web, and does not provide mobile platforms. Choose it when CRM, scheduling and automation matter alongside invoicing; choose another product if mobile access or recurring invoicing is central.
