TradeOn is a B2B trade operating network for manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and other participants in India’s distribution chains. Its buyer and seller portals support catalog-driven ordering, buyer-specific pricing, cart ordering and reorder rules. The platform also covers order validation, partial acceptance and cancellation, multi-location inventory, low-stock alerts, credit limits, credit days and unpaid-invoice caps. It is aimed at businesses that need order entry connected to distribution, invoicing, fulfillment records and accounting rather than a standalone ordering form.
Pricing is published monthly in two plans. Buyer costs INR 1,299 per month and includes order management, inventory with low-stock alerts, GST-compliant invoicing, Goods Receipt Notes and TON Books double-entry accounting. Seller costs INR 1,999 per month and lists the same published highlights. The pricing page also states that TradeOn offers a trial. The product’s scope extends beyond those plan highlights with e-invoices, e-Way Bills, credit controls, inventory valuation and discrepancy resolution, so buyers should confirm how these capabilities map to their selected plan before subscribing.
TradeOn’s strongest ecosystem fit is Odoo: the platform provides inventory synchronization, a partner API and event webhooks for ERP and Odoo integration. This makes it a practical choice for India-based B2B operations already organized around Odoo and GST-related workflows. Its accounting, Goods Receipt Notes and fulfillment documentation support a connected trade process, while buyer-side reorder rules can support repeat purchasing. Businesses that need broader prebuilt integrations, a mobile app, or a platform-independent integration strategy should consider an alternative. TradeOn is best suited to teams prioritizing Indian distribution workflows and Odoo connectivity over wide ecosystem coverage.
