For importers and exporters managing cross-border compliance, Tradeflow brings classification, screening, cost estimates, booking, notifications and commercial documents into a web-based suite. Expeditors says the platform has operated since 2003 and provides trade content covering more than 165 countries. Its controls include workflow access permissions and detailed audit trails, with cloud deployment and fit listed for small, mid-market and enterprise organizations.
The breadth is the central draw: teams can classify products with HS codes, export control numbers and US Schedule B, screen restricted parties against denied, embargo and other restricted lists, and estimate landed costs, duties and taxes. Tradeflow also maintains trade-partner data and supports electronic shipment booking and import notifications. Commercial documents can be created, uploaded and distributed in multiple languages.
