Trackops is cloud case management software for investigative organizations, from small firms to teams managing large investigator groups and active caseloads. It brings together public case request forms, case intake, assignment, configurable workflows, custom case fields, client and contact management, evidence and document handling, time and expense tracking, invoicing, reporting, auditing, and investigator scheduling. Field teams can use mobile apps for check-ins, time tracking, and expenses, while desktop applications support video processing, timestamping, clipping, and still capture.
Pricing is structured as a monthly subscription with two Full Access Staff included. The Basic plan costs $99 per month and includes core case management, invoices and retainer tracking, client management, staff and vendor management, plus customization and branding. At $149 per month, Plus adds time and expense tracking, employee payment slips, document generation, and staff license management. Premium costs $199 per month and adds calendar and scheduling, a case review system, salesperson tracking, and the developer API. A 15-day fully featured trial is available, without automatic subscription after the trial.
Trackops also fits teams that need a connected operational stack. Its integrations include Zapier, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Google Calendar, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, Gmail, Google Sheets, Harvest, Salesforce, Highrise, Pipedrive, Zoho Reports, and QuickBase. REST API and webhook support extend those connection options. Choose Trackops when investigation work spans case operations, field activity, financial administration, documents, and reporting. Firms seeking a free plan, or teams that need scheduling and API access without the Premium tier, should consider alternatives with a different pricing structure.
