Toodledo is a task-management and productivity application for individuals, families, coworkers, and small teams. Its feature set covers structured task lists, folders, priorities, tags, contexts, filters, sorting, recurring schedules, reminders, notes, outlines, habits, sharing, and data export. Access is available through the web, iOS, Android, and an API, with synchronization across devices. It is best suited to power users who want more control over task structure than a basic checklist provides, while still having a free entry point.
