Tokens Studio is a design-system platform for creating, organizing, and distributing design tokens. Its Figma plugin manages tokens, styles, and variables inside design files, while the Studio platform adds themes, brands, accessibility modes, branching, releases, rollback, approvals, and role-based access control. It suits design-system teams, agencies, freelancers, and larger organizations that need to connect design decisions with developer-facing outputs and component documentation.
Pricing spans a free plan and paid options. The Starter plan includes the Figma plugin, unlimited consumers, community support, basic token types, and sync providers. Starter Plus costs €49 per user per month on monthly billing and adds direct Slack support, advanced token types, multi-file sync, token automation, and Token Flow. Variables costs €17 per month on annual billing and includes the Companion plugin and Studio platform, unlimited viewer seats, Figma variable sync, exports to CSS and custom formats, and versioned releases.
