Customers can create posts, vote, reply, and support one another without leaving the application. Communities are private by default, and discussion areas can be organized into groups. It is best suited to teams seeking a focused customer forum rather than a broad community suite with an extensive integration ecosystem.

Integration is designed around the customer’s existing backend and authentication system. Togedar uses a JWT signed by the customer’s backend and a redirect, with no SDK required. The platform supports JWT, Node.js, and Flask, and access can be blocked by stopping token issuance. This approach fits SaaS products that already control authentication and want embedded access without adding a separate login system.
