TMFleet is a fleet maintenance and management platform for transport, construction, agricultural, civil and mining operators. It supports mixed fleets that include vehicles, trucks, buses, plant and earthmoving equipment. Drivers can complete pre-start checks and report defects through the mobile app, while workshop and management teams can manage tickets, repairs, service history and compliance records. Access is available through web and iOS platforms.

The Free plan covers fleets of 1–10 assets and allows unlimited users, making the product suited to very small operations that need structured inspection and maintenance tracking without moving immediately to a larger plan. The Paid plan is for fleets with 11 or more assets. Across the product, maintenance schedules can be based on kilometres, engine hours or calendar time, giving operators several ways to organize recurring work. The platform also brings asset records, service checklists, electronic sign-off and compliance history into the same workflow.

Inspection and defect handling are the standout areas. Teams can create customisable pre-start checklists, issue digital tickets for faults and defects, and provide QR-code access to asset checklists. Reporting covers fleet costs, downtime and history, while service records help connect completed work with each asset. TMFleet is a sensible fit for very small fleets that primarily need inspections, maintenance schedules and compliance records. Larger fleets should look at the Paid plan, and operations seeking a broader fleet-management scope may prefer a product built around functions beyond these maintenance and safety workflows.
