TLI Builder is a free, open-source build planner for Torchlight: Infinite. It is designed for players who want to map talent-tree choices, configure gear and affixes, manage hero-related systems, and review a build’s resulting statistics before applying those decisions in the game. The tool runs in a web browser and also offers a downloadable Windows application, giving desktop-focused players two ways to access the planner.
