TIO is a free progressive web app for personal daily and weekly planning. It combines calendar views with task management, so solo users can schedule tasks visually, create recurring tasks, and review daily, weekly, and monthly activity summaries. Tasks can include Markdown descriptions, checklists, and links. TIO runs in a browser and can be installed on desktop, tablet, or mobile through its PWA format, while offline operation stores work locally in the browser.

The published Beta plan includes all productivity features, optional Dropbox synchronization, and use on as many devices as desired. Its planning approach is especially suited to people who think in calendar blocks rather than only in lists. Flexible recurring schedules extend the tool beyond one-off reminders, while Google Calendar event import helps bring existing appointments into the planning view. TIO is in an open beta, and the vendor says future optional pro-feature pricing will be announced later.

TIO’s ecosystem fit is focused but practical: Google Calendar supports event import, and Dropbox provides backup and synchronization. These connections complement the core calendar-and-task workflow without turning the product into a broad team workspace. Community support is the listed support channel, and the product is designed for solo use. Choose TIO if you want a free, visually oriented personal planner with offline access and recurring tasks. Users who need team collaboration, extensive integrations, or a more mature product lifecycle should consider a different to-do app.
