TheMetrics is cloud-based engineering analytics software for teams using ClickUp and GitLab. It is aimed at engineering leaders who need visibility into delivery performance, engineering cost, capacity, roadmap risk, and organizational health without requiring timesheets or changes to existing workflows. Its dashboards cover velocity, lead time, cycle time, throughput, bottlenecks, story-point cost, milestone forecasts, delivery reliability, and executive reporting. The product supports small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations through a web interface.

Pricing is organized into Team, Business, and Enterprise plans. Team costs $19 per engineer per month, billed monthly, with velocity and story-point cost, lead time, cycle time, throughput, bottleneck analysis, milestone risk, time tracking, reports, and support and rollout help. Business costs $29 per engineer per month and adds cost and ROI analytics, AI reports, executive summaries, forecasting, delivery risk, planning intervals, capacity, organization health, KPI scores, and SPACE. Team and Business require a minimum of 10 engineers. Enterprise adds DORA metrics, custom KPI scores, custom organization health and flow metrics, custom AI reports, cost governance, custom integrations and retention, SSO, audit logs, security review, dedicated support, and an SLA. A 14-day trial is available without a card.

The integration model is focused: read-only OAuth connections are available for ClickUp and GitLab, with GitLab supporting deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, and time to restore. TheMetrics also adds Monte Carlo milestone forecasting with P50 and P85 confidence dates, Gini work-concentration analysis, configurable scorecards, and AI-generated reports. This makes it a strong fit for teams already working in the supported tools and seeking executive-level delivery and cost visibility. Organizations that depend on a broader project-management or source-control ecosystem should consider whether the current integration scope meets their reporting needs.
