Firms can manage templates, tasks, milestones, timelines, budgets and WIP forecasting, while clients can access shared documents, forms, messages and matter updates through the client portal. Its positioning suits UK practices seeking connected operational and financial workflows rather than a narrow matter-tracking tool.
The platform’s strongest fit is its breadth across legal operations and finance. Built-in accounting sits alongside invoicing and credit-control workflows, while real-time reporting, matter budgeting and WIP forecasting support financial oversight. Role-based access controls and approval workflows add operational controls, and the open API supports integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, NetDocuments, iManage, HMRC MTD/VAT, HubSpot, Mailchimp and other document, compliance, tax and marketing systems.
