Tenxity is a cloud-based identity governance platform for IT, security, HR, and compliance teams. It brings identity and access discovery across connected systems into one platform, with joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle automation, self-service access requests, approval workflows, periodic access reviews, segregation-of-duties conflict detection, compliance reporting, audit trails, and non-human identity ownership tracking. Its web and API access suit cloud teams managing identities across enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, and cloud platforms.

The plan structure separates core governance from broader automation. Standard includes basic lifecycle management, a CSV-based authoritative source, direct integration with up to 5 systems, basic user access review, and basic conflict role management. Business adds advanced lifecycle management, HR system integrations, unlimited direct integrations, advanced user access review, a self-service portal, and a policy-driven provisioning engine. Custom License provides flexible pricing, custom builds, migration, onboarding, training, and ongoing support. The published pricing model is contact sales, with a 20% annual-billing discount stated for the plans. There is no free plan.

Integration breadth is a central consideration. Tenxity lists SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Workday, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, ServiceNow, AWS, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, REST APIs, and SCIM. The product includes five connectors and supports cloud and API deployment, giving teams multiple paths for connecting applications and systems. Choose Tenxity when your organization needs lifecycle controls, access certifications, SoD checks, compliance reporting, and non-human identity governance in one cloud platform. Organizations needing only basic identity administration, a free entry tier, or more than five direct integrations on the entry plan should consider the Business or Custom License options instead.
