Tenwise is web-based property-management software for Australian landlords who manage rentals themselves. It brings property listing pages, listing-sharing tools and AI-assisted rental-ad drafting together with applicant applications and side-by-side comparison. Landlords can also access state-specific lease templates, bond-lodgement guidance, rent schedules, reminders, ledgers, tenant messaging, maintenance requests, inspections and per-property financial summaries. The product currently launches with New South Wales support while adding other Australian states, making it most relevant to single-property owners who want a focused workflow rather than a traditional property manager.
Pricing is straightforward across its published plans. The Monthly plan costs $19 per first property per month and includes all features, with the first month free. The Annual plan costs $189 per first property per year, includes all features and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. A Founding Members plan costs $199 one-time and includes lifetime access, capped at 200 landlords.
