It brings digital lease creation and signing, rent collection, maintenance requests, vendor coordination, tenant messaging, compliance workflows, accounting, reporting, and automation into a web platform. The product is aimed primarily at retail landlords managing smaller portfolios, while its per-unit plans and team features also address property management firms. Tenants can access a dedicated portal for rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease documents.
Pricing is structured around portfolio size and role. Essentials costs 9.99 per month and includes digital leases, rent collection, receipts, maintenance requests, vendor management, tenant messaging, and unlimited listings. Pro costs 29.99 per month, adding N1 and N4 forms, accounting, analytics, reports, automation workflows, and T776 tax filing.
