Tencent Meeting and VooV Meeting are cloud video-conferencing services for individuals, remote teams, schools, and enterprises. They support video and audio meetings through web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android apps, with screen sharing, chat, recording, breakout discussions, waiting rooms, host controls, virtual backgrounds, custom layouts, and AI speech enhancement and noise reduction. The product is a natural fit for organizations that already use Tencent collaboration services, while its Free edition also suits smaller meetings that can work within its time limits.

The Free plan supports up to 100 participants, includes 1 GB of cloud recording space, and allows meetings with 3–100 participants to run for up to 60 minutes. Meetings with 2 participants can run for up to 24 hours. Pro and Pro Annual raise meeting duration to 24 hours and include up to 60 simultaneous video participants, along with 10 GB of cloud recording space. Enterprise adds enterprise meeting controls, larger-scale meeting configurations, single sign-on, and organizational controls. Capacity and plan availability may differ by region and product edition, so organizations should confirm the applicable offering before choosing a paid tier.

Its strongest differentiator is ecosystem fit. Microsoft Outlook supports scheduling, while WeChat, WeCom, and Tencent Docs connect the service with Tencent’s broader collaboration environment. Screen sharing can include watermarking, and users can choose local or cloud recording. Teams that need Tencent integrations, recording, breakout discussions, and flexible meeting controls have a broad feature set across supported platforms. Organizations seeking a conferencing product outside the Tencent ecosystem should compare integration needs carefully, particularly if regional plan differences or Tencent-specific workflows are not relevant to them.
