Tencent Cloud CDN distributes cached website content through geographically distributed acceleration nodes, routing users to nearby nodes to reduce latency and improve availability. It supports static websites, large-file downloads, video on demand, and global acceleration, making it suitable for individual developers, small businesses, and larger organizations handling substantial web, file, or video traffic. Web and API access are available, with Tencent Cloud COS and Tencent Cloud CI as listed integrations.

Pricing is structured around paid monthly traffic packages. The Personal blog/website 100GB traffic package costs 21 CNY per month and includes 100GB of mainland-China CDN traffic with 1-month validity. The Small business website/app 500GB traffic package costs 105 CNY per month and includes 500GB of mainland-China CDN traffic. The Large enterprise application 1TB traffic package costs 210 CNY per month and includes 1TB of mainland-China CDN traffic, with the plan positioned for enterprise websites with substantial video content. Usage-based billing is also supported for traffic and bandwidth, and there is no free plan.

Its feature set extends beyond basic caching: cache purge, resource prefetch, gzip compression, IP blocklist and allowlist controls, an intermediate origin-pull server layer, and image conversion to WebP, Guetzli, and TPG are included. These capabilities suit teams already working within Tencent's cloud ecosystem or delivering significant traffic in mainland China. Organizations seeking a China-oriented CDN with video acceleration, image processing, and origin protection should consider it; teams primarily targeting international new-user activation should evaluate EdgeOne instead, while smaller sites may find the paid-only model and traffic-package structure less suitable.
