Automated email reminders and payment confirmations support routine rent administration, while maintenance, society-fee, and common-area billing extend coverage beyond rent collection. An optional tenant portal gives residents access to payment history and rent receipts without requiring an app download.
Pricing is structured across three paid monthly plans, with a 30-day free trial and no card required for the trial.
