Tempus is a daily planner for people with ADHD and executive-function challenges. It combines a visual timeline for tasks, routines, and calendar events with AI planning from voice or text. Reminders, habits, alarms, transition countdowns, an inbox, statistics, and completion tracking support daily organization. The product is designed for Apple workflows, covering iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch through iOS, macOS, widgets, Live Activities, Siri, Apple Watch support, and iCloud sync.
The free plan includes AI planning, three habits, a visual timeline, and reminders. The Monthly plan costs $4.99 per month and adds unlimited AI planning, unlimited habits, the full visual timeline, alarms and countdowns, and Focus Mode.
