Our verdict on Tembrica Slideshow Maker
Tembrica Slideshow Maker is a browser-based tool for creating downloadable slideshows from photos and video clips. It is aimed at content creators, photographers, educators, families and students who want to combine media, music, captions and motion without installing software. Users can reorder media, add title and subtitle text, apply transitions, use Ken Burns camera motion or AI parallax, and synchronize slide timing to music or beats. Templates cover occasions including weddings, travel and business.
Its main strength is format and media breadth. The tool accepts JPG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC photos, along with MP4, MOV and WEBM clips. Audio uploads can use MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG or FLAC files. Completed projects can be exported as MP4, WebM, GIF, PowerPoint, PDF or JPG ZIP files, with output options from 720p through 4K. Projects can also be saved and reopened as slideshow project files or project archives. PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides are listed as ecosystem connections, which may suit users moving presentations between formats.
The free plan makes the tool accessible for smaller projects, but the slideshow page limits a slideshow to 30 photos on most laptops. Premium plans are offered for 3, 6 and 12 months; each lists higher daily limits, no auto-renewal and premium export capabilities. Tembrica is a good fit for web users who value many export formats, audio flexibility and presentation-friendly output. Users creating larger photo collections, or those seeking a desktop application rather than a browser-based workflow, should consider an alternative.
