A flexible CI/CD platform for teams working across JetBrains tools and major VCS providers.

TeamCity is JetBrains’ continuous integration and delivery platform for development teams that need to build, test, and deliver software across cloud-managed or on-premises environments. It supports hosted agents managed by JetBrains and self-hosted agents managed by customers, with build agents for Linux, macOS, and Windows. Teams can define pipelines through a visual interface, YAML, or Kotlin DSL, then run pull-request builds, publish artifacts, and report build status to version-control providers.
Pricing follows a freemium structure. The Free Plan is free of charge but includes monthly resource limits, and build execution pauses when those limits are exhausted. The Paid subscription is available monthly or annually, with resources allocated according to the selected subscription level and additional resources available on demand. A 14-day free trial provides a way to evaluate the platform before choosing a subscription. Teams should review how their expected build volume fits the available resource model before standardizing on TeamCity.
TeamCity is especially well suited to teams using JetBrains products alongside GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket Cloud, Bitbucket Server, Azure DevOps, or JetBrains Space. Integrations also cover Jira, YouTrack, Docker, AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Build chains, job dependencies, dependency and generated-file caching, REST APIs, and command-line tooling support more structured delivery workflows. Choose TeamCity if you need hosted and self-hosted execution with configuration options that include both YAML and Kotlin DSL. Teams seeking a simpler CI setup or a model without monthly resource limits may prefer an alternative.
