TanTrack brings salon operations and tanning equipment management together for tanning businesses. Staff can schedule tanning and other services, assign client-preferred services and equipment, and control timer-connected beds. The system also covers online booking through a client portal, digital client forms, recurring memberships, packages, credit card processing, reporting, inventory and employee management. That breadth makes it relevant to salons that want membership billing and equipment workflows alongside everyday front-desk tools.

The published monthly plans are priced per location. Starter costs $99.99 and includes Premium TanTrack Software, technical support, updates, integrated credit card processing and on-site reporting. The Bundle costs $129.99 per location per month and adds Automated EFT Draft. Pro & Multi Location includes the same listed features as The Bundle, while its pricing is quote-based. TanTrack has no free plan in its published pricing. Salons comparing costs should weigh the per-location fee against the value of the included billing, reporting and operational features; multi-location buyers will need a quote to assess that option.

Timer compatibility and membership workflows are central strengths. TanTrack lists integrations with T-Max, CCS Intellitan, FST, Database timers and QuickBooks Pro, and memberships can use monthly or annual billing cycles, prorations and vacation holds. It supports Windows and web, with cloud and desktop deployment options, and offers phone and email support. The combination is a practical fit for tanning salons that need timer control, recurring memberships and broad salon management in one product. A salon that does not need equipment integration or membership administration may find this scope and per-location pricing harder to justify than a more focused scheduling tool.
